General condition

Age restriction:
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol and beer from Badluckbeers.com.

Prices:
We aim to ensure the prices shown on the website is correct. If an error does occur, we will make every effort to contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price. All prices shown on our website are with Danish VAT.
 

Payment

We only accept credit cards (We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.)

Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Returns and refunds:
We do not accept returns unless there is physical damage to the products or a quality issues. It is up to our discretion to determine if a quality issue is valid.

Refund can only be credited to the credit card used to place the order. We do not do refunds to any other credit card. Refunds cannot be made in cash or transferred to a third party.

We do not refund any shipping costs or import tax on the shipping.
